Is transportation included in the tour?
Yes. Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are included for guests staying within a 10 km radius of our designated meeting point. For locations outside this area, additional transportation arrangements may be available for an extra fee.
What should I wear for the tour?
We recommend warm winter clothing, including thermal layers, a winter jacket, insulated pants, warm socks, gloves, a hat, and winter boots. Temperatures in Lapland can be very cold, especially during long periods outdoors.

Will the tour be cancelled if the weather is bad?
Tours generally operate as scheduled. If weather conditions make the tour unsafe or significantly impact the experience, we will contact guests directly regarding alternative arrangements or rescheduling options.
Do I need previous outdoor experience?
No previous experience is required. Our tours are designed for beginners and experienced travelers alike. Your guide will provide all necessary instructions and assistance throughout the experience.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during the peak winter season from December to March. Popular tour dates often sell out quickly.
